Director / Ba. Mech. Eng from PNG University of Technology. Mr Dalibe has a successful background in HSE & Project Management, specialising in Seismic projects. His recruitment network is exceptional, being able to rapidly mobilise quality manpower from all corners of Papua New Guinea. Mr Dalibe has identified issues with the aging seismic workforce and wishes to introduce mentoring and training regimes to recognise outstanding foreman and provide them with the experience and training to bring them up through the ranks
Mr. Down started his geophysical career in 1994 in New Zealand with Geco Prakla. Since 2005 he worked in New Zealand, Australia, Caspian Region, Africa, Middle East and the far East. He also worked as a Geophysical Consultant performing Client Representative roles in Heli portable and Shallow Marine OBC. This began his affiliation in PNG gaining valuable seismic knowledge in the region. In 2008-2009 also began consulting for GMC and GAMA Projex. In 2010 joined SAExploration as Operations Manager then moving to SEA Region General Manager. In early 2018 Mr Down joined PRSS to take over all PNG Operations and lead the company into an exciting growth period.

PRSS evolved from Seismic Manpower (SMP) after identifying our weaknesses and key niche areas where PRSS can provide services in the Oil and Gas Exploration sectors.
SMP itself was formed by 9 PNG National Seismic field managers (3 additional directors) who decided to form their own Company to directly secure seismic manpower contracts.
SMP’s first and only direct contract was with SAE in 2010 successfully completing 280 Km of lines with nil accidents or incidents (peaking at 600 men in the field).
SMP was rebranded to PRSS PNG LTD. PRSS is a 100% PNG owned company which has a head office in Port Moresby. The core business of PRSS is supply of professional and quality personnel to support the resource exploration in the oil and gas industry in PNG
